Lingfield Point is encouraging occupiers to get active this May with the launch of its National Walking Month Step Challenge. Designed to promote health, wellbeing and a little friendly competition, the challenge invites everyone across the site to get moving, track their steps and compete for some fantastic prizes.
Whether you’re taking a lunchtime stroll, walking to work, or simply finding more opportunities to move throughout the day, every step counts. National Walking Month is the perfect opportunity to build healthier habits while connecting with colleagues and enjoying some friendly rivalry.
Getting involved couldn’t be easier. Participants simply need to download the StepUp app on their phone and join the Lingfield Point group using the QR code provided on posters around the site. Once connected, walkers can start tracking their progress and see how they compare with fellow participants.
As an added incentive, there are prizes up for grabs throughout the challenge which gives everyone an extra reason to lace up their trainers and get those daily steps in.
So, dust off your trainers, stretch those muscles and join the challenge. National Walking Month is here, and it’s time to get moving!
