The festival shows the site to its best, including its latest refurbished office space available – Beehive – and its award-winning offices at the Memphis building. Now occupied by Student Loans Company, which won a British Council for Offices (BCO) award for the best upcycled work space in the UK, and then five years later the BCO ‘Test of Time’ Award which highlighted the building’s efficiency and sustainability. And this year Lingfield Point was singled out as an example of best practice for customer service in a national report issued by the British Council of Offices.
The golden effect of the festival is something that leasing agent David Jackson of David Jackson & Partners has noticed.
