The company, which provides personal care and home help services in clients’ homes, supports more than 50 clients locally through more than 30 caregivers.

Caregivers also provide a companionship service and are matched with clients based on shared interests and experience.

In 2017 the company nearly doubled its Yarn offices from 270 sqft to 440 sqft as it took on three new HQ staff.

Diane Chandler, director of Home Instead Senior Care, Darlington and Northallerton, said: “Demand for our services is increasing so naturally we needed a larger space to accommodate more admin staff.

“We’ve been at Lingfield Point since starting-up in 2012 and I wanted to stay within the same building – so I’m really pleased with our new offices.

“The Lingfield Point team is brilliant, they’ve always been really supportive. I can certainly always rely on Ted the concierge when we need his help.”
